Culinary specials in Bad Kleinkirchheim and the surrounding area

Restaurant Bad Kleinkircheim; Gourmethotel Kolmhof Candle Light Dinner

Everyone’s holiday dream is a rustic hut serving traditional fare, thick walls and solid pine furnishings burnished by age. Tantalising scents emerge from the tiny kitchen. There’s a smell of home made local dishes, recipes handed down and kept by the generations of farmers. Only fresh ingredients from the local region are allowed in the pot or pan, the cheese and meat from the local farmers, just how it used to be and nowadays sadly can no longer be found.

It might sound like a story from the good old days but is in fact reality in the Nockberg Mountains in and around Bad Kleinkirchheim. Fast food - no way! Only real cooking counts here. The regional dishes are adhered to and, under the auspices of the locals, need to be especially good as they know what authentic and real quality is.
