We can be found in the middle of the village right at the centre of the skiing complex Bad Kleinkirchheim – St. Oswald. From here you can enjoy skiing fun on over 100 km of pistes. The next ski lift the “Maibrunnbahn” is only 3 minutes of foot from here and so you can indeed “keep your skis on from the piste right up to the hotel”! Also the cross country trail the curling lanes, walking and hiking trails are all very close by.

We are located opposite the thermal springs of St. Kathrein and a number of boutiques. Our hotel, the "Kolmhof" is a family run, cosy guest house with a lot to offer. Centrally situated but still quiet we aim to make the most precious time of the year as great as possible.
