Our new wellness area includes a Turkish steam grotto at approx. 45°C and 100% humidity. This is a special steam room to improve your sense of wellbeing and is particularly suited to all types of respiratory complaints. 

The range of colours has a direct effect upon the physical and spiritual state – red is vitalising, green harmonising, blue calming and yellow is mood stimulating. Let the various colours have their effect upon you.  

This sauna has a high level of humidity thus enabling pure relaxation for a longer period of time than with a normal Finnish sauna.  

Warmth that goes really deep is what you can expect from the infrared sauna. The effect is not only on the surface but also up to 4 cm deep. Due to this special in-depth effect, the pleasant warmth of the infrared rays reach the muscular tissue, easing tension and helping with muscle strains, pulled muscles and joint inflammation complaints such as rheumatism or arthritis.
